We are a real estate development company based in Ahmedabad. We develop plotting schemes in the most strategically located regions in Gujrat. The areas are selected on the basis of industrial development which will lead to demand in residential facilities and increase the need for commercialization.

Nilesh Motiani envisioned Aditya Housing to make his dream a reality. With an entrepreneurial spirit he ventured into real estate ten years back. The enterprise has completed four plotting schemes – Aashaya 1, Aashaya 2, Aashaya 3, Aashaya 4 successfully by now.

We firmly believe in sustainable development and to achieve this end we are trying to make eco-friendly construction our motto. To conserve resources and put them to optimum utilization we at Aditya Housing look at methodologies which are pro-environment.

Our projects are approved by banks like SBI, Dewan Housing Finance, Central Bank etc and can get 80% finance on the total cost of the project.
